A Deep Clean is recommended for all first-time cleanings. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a Maintenance Clean for ongoing service.

Our hours of operation are:
One-time/Recurring Cleans: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
Move-Out Cleans: Weekends (8am onwards)
Credit card information is requested prior to all cleanings to prevent fraudulent bookings and to ensure our customers are legitimate. Rest assured that you will not be charged until after your service has been completed.
You do not! However, if it’s your first cleaning with us, initial introductions always help develop the personable relationship with your home specialist. If you have regular cleanings scheduled after that and don't wish to be home, we are happy to discuss various options to access your home.
While it is not necessary for you to do anything prior to your appointment, you can ensure the best results possible by gathering up stray household items, toys, and clothing. By doing so, our team can concentrate on actual cleaning rather than picking up.
Yes! We love animals and as long as they are friendly we are happy to work around them. When vacuuming, we usually recommend putting any dogs in another room in case they get scared or anxious.
We offer our services anywhere within the Greater Victoria area, excluding Sooke and Sidney. If you are outside of the Greater Victoria area, just reach out to us prior to booking and we will try to accommodate you.
Our eco-friendly cleaning products are formulated with safer, natural ingredients, which make them a safer alternative compared to traditional cleaning products. That being said, ingesting any of our cleaning products can still pose risks and should be avoided whenever possible.
Despite our commitment to eco-friendly products in all other areas, there are a few non-eco friendly products that are sometimes used only when needed, such as:
Oven Cleaner: We find the eco-friendly alternative oven-cleaners lack the strength necessary to effectively clean ovens.
Shower / Bathtub Cleaner: We generally use our eco-friendly bathroom cleaner for showers and bathtubs. But in some cases, for those tougher stains and hard-to-clean surfaces, we have a non-eco-friendly bathtub cleaning product. Rest assured, this product is used sparingly and only on select bathtubs where its powerful cleaning properties are needed.
We are! We’re insured for up to $2M in general liability damage; licensed in British Columbia; and bonded through Zensurance Brokers Inc. Our cleaners have full background checks.
Yes it is, our payment technology is provided by Launch27. Their SSL encrypted, PCI compliant system is completely secure and trusted, used by several cleaning businesses across North America.
You can cancel as long as you provide more than 24 hours notice. Without it, you may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done more than 24 prior to your original booking. You can also make changes to your existing booking up to 24 hours before your service.
If you are not happy with the service for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately for further instructions. We aren't happy unless our customers are happy!
Should additional time be required during your cleaning, we will contact you as soon as possible to seek your approval for the extension, or to ask where we should focus our remaining time.
When booking online, it's always important to select the accurate level of cleanliness of your home (Slight dirty, Pretty dirty, Very dirty). This ensures the proper amount of time is allocated to cleaning your home during your scheduled booking.
